Cady Fraser and I were reviewing campaign performance this morning and I’m genuinely pumped about what we’re seeing. There was a gap in some of our chat conversations happening on our website, and we realized we were leaving a lot on the table: • Prospects actively chatting with our AI SDR • Meeting offered • Didn’t book • Email captured and prospects just sitting in Salesforce So we launched a simple “meeting offered, not booked” chase-down campaign via Qualified, sent by our SDR owners, that continues the exact conversation prospects were already having on our site. Since the start of Q4 (a relatively quieter time for our business): → ~10% meeting booked rate → ~49% engagement when you include replies → Conversations picking right back up instead of cold restarts What makes this even better - a subset of these are paid leads. By adding this conversion layer after the on-site convo ended, we’re pushing more of that spend further down funnel which directly helps us lower cost-per-MQL/cost-per-opp and get more value out of traffic we’re already paying for while boosting efficiency. Huge shoutout to Tom Aveling for being a true extension of our team to strategize and execute on these plays. This stuff really works.
