For Gen Z, trust is earned publicly: in feeds, comments, creator reviews, and communities. At the same time, there is a pragmatic layer that brands sometimes underestimate: Gen Z still responds to in-store promotions (34%), suggesting price sensitivity coexists with trend appetite. In other words, they may discover through social, but they still appreciate tangible value cues at the point of purchase.
