  • We’re expanding our longhaul network with three new destinations! 🌍 For the Winter 2026/27 season, we’re strengthening our intercontinental offering with three new direct routes from Copenhagen to Dubai, Phuket and Krabi. Dubai returns to our network for the first time since 2011, with daily nonstop flights from Copenhagen throughout the winter season. Thailand also gets a major boost as we introduce Phuket and Krabi as brand-new longhaul destinations. The routes will operate 2–3 times weekly, making us the only airline offering direct flights from Copenhagen to these popular holiday destinations. 🗓️ Season: Winter 2026/27 📍 Departures: Direct from Copenhagen (CPH) ✈️ Frequency: Daily to Dubai, 2–3 weekly to Phuket and Krabi The new routes respond to growing demand for travel to the Middle East and Asia and further strengthen Copenhagen’s role as a key global hub for Scandinavia and Northern Europe. • Proud to be recognized at The Aviation Challenge Awards by SkyTeam! 🌍🏆 We were awarded “Most Impactful Solution – Ground Operations” for our advanced de-/anti-icing fluids and precision tools, reducing glycol use while keeping the highest safety standards. This year’s Challenge was hosted in Copenhagen, bringing airlines worldwide together to turn sustainability ambitions into practical, scalable solutions. Our solution is already in use and can be adopted across the industry, highlighting SAS as a leader in operational sustainability. We also received a Special Recognition – Social Sustainability for our Medevac mission, transporting 3,500+ wounded and critically ill patients from Ukraine. • Watch our new Starlink high-speed WiFi pass the ultimate connection test onboard a flight from Copenhagen to the Arctic Circle and back! ✅ Gamers from Astralis went head-to-head in the air against players on the ground – with the air taking the win. Meanwhile, business travelers, media and SAS colleagues enjoyed seamless connectivity throughout the entire flight. Thanks to everyone involved, and to the incredible team who made this very special flight possible! Starlink SpaceX Wi-Fi will roll out across our fleet during 2026. See you on board!

  • Closing out 2025 with strong results - we were ranked the 3rd most punctual airline in the world and 2nd in Europe for the full year, according to Cirium. Over the past two years, our on-time performance has improved from 70% in 2023 to 86.1% in 2025, while operating nearly 30,000 more flights and reaching a total of 250,000 last year, even with the challenging winter conditions in Scandinavia. Punctuality and reliability are at the core of what we do, because every day people count on us to get where they need to be - for work, for connections, and to be with the people who matter most. This recognition reflects the focus, teamwork and dedication across the organisation. Thank you to our colleagues for making it happen, and to our customers for placing your trust in us.
