Last week, our Project Director, Darcee Adam, MSc., P.Eng, PMP, represented Climeworks at Senator Bill Cassidy’s second annual Energy Security Summit in New Orleans, hosted by the American Council for Capital Formation. He joined a dynamic panel discussion on supporting Louisiana’s communities and competitiveness through energy innovation with Laura Parkan, Scott Shiller, Chris Johnson, David Holt, and Frank Wolak.   The conversation focused on a critical question: How can innovative technologies like Direct Air Capture (DAC) support Louisiana's leading role in global energy and carbon management?   It was inspiring to see the momentum building around carbon removal and the role Louisiana can play in scaling vital energy and carbon technologies.   We thank Senator Cassidy for his leadership in advancing policies that enable a secure, clean, and abundant energy future.   #DirectAirCapture #CarbonRemoval #CCUS #Climeworks
