Creating a QR code

There are two ways to create a QR code to share a Library webpage. The first method is to navigate to just about any webpage on https://www.lib.ncsu.edu and look for the "Share this page" button at the bottom of the content. When that button is clicked a QR code in an expanded area will automatically be generated for the current webpage.

The second method is to manually create one by adding the URL you want the code generated for to a URL. Navigate to this URL:https://www.lib.ncsu.edu/development/qr/?url=[replace with desired URL]. Replace [replace with desired URL] with the URL you want to generate and the QR code will be generated. Save the image to your computer of you can use the URL as an image on your website.
