Regular Season Round 8: Cavaliers - Warrens 73-53

Rather expected game in Bridgetown where 6th ranked Warrens (2-6) were crushed by third ranked Cavaliers (6-2) 73-53 on Tuesday. Cavaliers dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Warrens' 30. Cavaliers forced 26 Warrens turnovers and outrebounded them 56-41 including a 24-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was swingman Deveron Knight (190-2000) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Zachary Cave chipped in 12 points and 7 rebounds. Cavaliers' coach Adrian Craigwell used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Karlos Greenidge produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds and center Jonathan Dottin (203) added 8 points and 12 rebounds respectively for the guests. Cavaliers have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 6-2 record having just two points less than leader Celtics. Warrens at the other side dropped to the fifth place with six games lost. They share the position with Pinelands. Cavaliers' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Bridgetown to the arena Heat.
