Fees may apply when you purchase a ticket online or over the phone. Tickets purchased at the Box Office may not incur such a fee. The fee is displayed once you add a ticket to your cart so that you are aware of the fees before proceeding with your purchase. 

The fees are used to cover all the costs associated with purchasing tickets. This includes but is not limited to: web hosting, ticketing hardware, customer support, training, credit and debit card processing services, email processing, merchant fees, computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and more.
