Did you win a prize from KS95?

Our office hours for pick up are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM and we are located at 3415 University Ave SE., Minneapolis, MN 55414.

Please do not stop by to pick up a prize unless you have been contacted by KS95 promotions saying that your prize is available. You will be contacted within a week of winning your prize. If you have not heard from us and it has been over a week since you won, please email us at KS95Team@HBI.com.

You have 30 days from the day that you won to come pick up your prize unless otherwise stated by the KS95 promotions department. Not all prizes are physically at our offices and some prizes are sent by mail/email.

We will not mail any prizes that have a value of $50 or more. Any prizes that are lost or stolen in the mail will not be replaced by KS95.

If you have won a cash prize, you will need to turn in all of your paperwork before receiving a check. All checks will be mailed and can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

When picking up a prize, you will need to bring your photo ID. Yes, someone can pick up your prize for you but they will need a copy of your ID when picking up.

Did you win tickets from KS95?

If you won tickets from us they can come in 3 forms: Digital, Physical, or Will Call. Promotions will let you know how you will be receiving your tickets when they contact you.

DIGITAL:

  • What is a Digital ticket?  Your mobile phone is your ticket! Your tickets cannot be printed. Printed tickets are not valid as the ticket barcode on your mobile device resets every 10 seconds.
  • When will you get your digital tickets? KS95 promotions will transfer you your digital tickets to your email within 2-5 days of the show. If you do not see your tickets within 2 days of the show please email KS95team@hbi.com
  • Mobile Entry Is Easy!Upon arrival to your event, locate your tickets in your Live Nation, MN Wild, Ticketmaster, or AXS app. You’ll show your ticket to the ticket scanner, your barcode is scanned – and you’re in!
  • How To Access Your Ticket(s):
    • Open your App.
    • Login to your account and locate your ticket(s).
    • Tap and show. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you're in!

WILL CALL:

  • Your tickets will be available at the venue on the day of the event at the Box Office/Will Call window. You will need to show a valid ID to claim your tickets. We cannot change the name on the will call list.

PHYSICAL:

  • Physical tickets can be picked up at our offices whenever KS95 promotions tells you they are available to be picked up. We cannot mail tickets.
