Ball & Boe At Home

New Album & UK Arena Tour - 02/09/2024

Michael Ball & Alfie Boe to release new album Together At Home and tour in 2025

West End superstars Michael Ball and Alfie Boe are set to release a brand new album and to tour the UK in 2025.

Together At Home will see the musical theatre megastars reunite for their sixth studio album, released on 8 November 2024.

Marking their 10th year making music together, the album promises to be a hymn to the people and places that mean the most to them – and to their army of fans.

The first single from the album, ‘Proud’, is released today, and is the 2000 debut solo single from former M People singer Heather Small.

Ball and Boe will also get back on the road with a 12 date UK tour in 2025, starting on 29 March 2025 at Utilita Arena in Cardiff, and playing dates in Bournemouth, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham and Brighton, plus 13 April 2025 at the O2 in London.

Michael Ball said in a statement that Proud is, “a song that was used for the 2012 London Olympics. And this summer I went to the Paris Olympics to watch Grace, my granddaughter, playing in the rugby sevens with Team GB. There’s me and [my partner] Cathy [McGowan] sat in the Stade de France, 66,000 people. On she runs and genuinely, I’ve never felt so proud in my life – or as nervous! And when she scored a try, and there’s her name up on the scoreboard, it was wonderful. The heart-bursting pride Cath and I both felt – incredible!”

Alfie Boe said: “We’re proud of where we’re from. Proud of this country, of being British and welcoming people home. And welcoming people into our home is something that I think is important.”

Together At Home follows the success of their duo’s previous five duet albums. Their debut Together, became the UK’s best-selling album of 2016, beating The Rolling Stones to the Christmas No.1 spot.

Michael Ball and Alfie Boe are also set to star in Cameron Mackintosh’s new Les Miserables The Arena Spectacular, starting at the Belfast SSE Arena on 19 September, and then touring the UK and Europe.
