Deciphering the Data is a side quest added to ARC Raiders in the winter-themed Cold Snap update. This quest sends you to the Spaceport to find some important data, but the objectives can be hard to find. Here's how to complete Deciphering the Data in ARC Raiders.

Fuel Control

The first step of Deciphering the Data is to use the Magnetic Decryptor in the Fuel Control building. This POI is located near the center of the Spaceport map next door to Rocket Assembly.

It's not a very popular POI since it doesn't have that much loot to offer, but still watch out for other players who will be swarming the area to complete this quest for themselves.

Inside the building, you'll find a small workstation along the southeastern wall where you can decrypt the data. The machine will short circuit during the process, however, so your work isn't done yet.

Arrival Building

To continue the quest, head to the Arrival Building POI. This is a very popular location highlighted in red on the map, so expect company. Even if other players have already completed this quest, the Arrival Building is still a high-value loot target.

After making your way to the Arrival Building (watch out for the patrolling ARC enemies in the wide-open center of the map), head upstairs and find the machines on the western side of the building.

That's the last objective, so head to any extraction point and make your way back to Speranza to complete the quest. Even if you die before making it out, you'll still be able to successfully report your findings.
