The Dam Surveillance Key is used to open a locked door in the Water Treatment Control building in ARC Raiders. This building is found on the Dam Battlegrounds map, and you'll need to visit it to complete a quest. Where to Use the Dam Surveillance Key

The Dam Surveillance Key opens a locked door in the Water Treatment Control building on the southwestern side of the Dam Battlegrounds map.

More specifically, it opens a locked door in the southwestern corner of the building. If you enter Water Treatment Control through the southwestern door, you'll find it at the end of the hallway straight ahead.

Once you get inside, you'll fulfill a requirement for the Greasing Her Palms quest if you're working on that. The Dam Surveillance Key room also contains a ton of loot as well. You'll find several red lockers and even a weapon case if you're lucky.
