Punch-Out!! fans have been waiting years for a new version of the popular and comedic boxing game, and at Nintendo's Media Summit, Nintendo said the news fans have been waiting for.




Punch-Out!! is coming to the Wii.

Nintendo showed a 15-second trailer of the game that featured the cast of characters, both familiar and new. Little Mac appears to be the main character still, and familiar opponents like Glass Joe are already in the game.

According to Nintendo, the game is set to ship in early 2009.
