  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We support card payments (Mastercard and Visa) and QR payments (GrabPay, PayNow, and AliPay+). You can enable one or both options.

    To indicate your interest, please submit this form. A Grab representative will reach out to you within three to five working days.

  • How will I be paid for in-store card & QR transactions?

    Payments for in-store card and QR transactions will be credited to your MEX account the next calendar day, similar to delivery settlements for GrabFood and GrabMart services.

  • What if I don't have a compatible device?

    If you already have a Grab-issued Sunmi device, we can provide a free replacement or upgrade. If you don’t have a Grab-issued device and wish to get an NFC-enabled device through Grab, it will be chargeable at $200 per device.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
