I have really mixed opinions about the representation of Ed’s in this book. One on hand I love how realistic it is, everything feels like something I’ve done or thought about before and it seemed like a well researched book.
On the other hand, it took me months to read this and I only just finished it today (because I wanted to count it to my goodreads goal lol) because so many scenes were super triggering.
I mean specific calories were mentioned on almost every page as well as the fact that this almost felt like a “guide” to people because of the amount of tips this book gave to the readers.
