I’m a husband and author, and I may be a little religious about both. I like writing hot sex and encapsulating it in the delicate white silk of devotion, commitment, and psychotic obsession.

And his name is Master Sylas Ryder and he is a blind Dom. Sudden blindness struck Sylas and his bitterness has turned him into a beast. Several have tried and failed to help Sylas regain his vision but one woman Doctor has answered the call to help this man. Dr Violet St John has eccentric means of healing that is almost mage-like. But desperate to help and to keep her high success rate, Master Ryder offers her a challenge as well as money to pay the rent. But Sylas is suspicious and knows his brother Peter is out to have him committed into a home just like Peter did with their mother. But being convince to stay and endure any degradation by the house staff primarily Mr Jacobs, Dr Violet faces the beast but she learns there is more to our Sylas and it isn’t just the beast. He is more. Ends on a twist. And I kept wanting to read more about our Doctor who has submitted herself to being a sub in training. It’s like if the movie Split and Beauty and the Beast had a baby, Her Blind Master would be the result.
This book is so good. It has every element of romance I would hope for and that little bit of darkness that Is perfectly unique to Lucian Bane. Many sexy and surprising turns you won’t expect. This story desperately need to be continued!!
I can't believe how amazed I am from this book. The story is short in pages but the plot is hot as hell. Did i want more? Fuck yeah.. This thing had me hooked.
This book tells the story of Violet. She is a doctor and she gets hired to treat Sylas because he is blind. This man is quite the thing though. He insists..no wait..DEMANDS..to be called Master. He is very specific with what he expects from her and he makes sure Violet understands that if she wants him to open up to her..then he needs something in return.
What is that you may ask? Well.. I don't know. Maybe something like her staying nude in his bed while he is trying to make her orgasm..perhaps. 🥵
Violet is a strange character. One moment she is strictly professional and the other moment she is begging to be owned. Talk about being horny.. 😏
As for Sylas? If Violet was weird with her behaviour then he is fucking crazy. I'm probably exaggerating a little bit but hey.. no regrets. That man almost had a double personality. I couldn't quite understand if he had mental issues on top of his blindness because he was very serious with what he said. I believe that Violet was very baffled as well..
What is certain is that this relationship between doctor abd patient is smoldering hot.. 🥵 Violet tries to keep things between them professional but Sylas doesn't help with that when he wanders around her butt naked and cock out. To be honest..i would be affected as well.. 😏
If you're in the mood for something quick and hot then please check this out. I'm sure you'll be intrigued as much as I was.. ♥️
Intense, wicked twists and turns that you don't see coming. Brilliant characters. Definite page turner, can't wait for the next book. 5 Fabulous 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
Violet barely listened to the stories about her new client. She knew she needed this job. Certain she could help the man, Violet couldn't wait to get started. When they meet, she knows instantly this is going to be an unusual house to live in. Sylas is a difficult man. He doesn't know Violet though. This is an interesting book. It's not going to be like anything you've read before. It's well written and the characters are complex. I enjoyed the way the author takes you through the house but doesn't take you through the house. You do learn about Sylas but only a small part of his life. There is give and take between Violet and Sylas but not much. Neither wants to give in. I really think you will enjoy this one. The adult themes and explicit language just add to the fire the author has already begun.
I found no issues.
I gave this one 4 cheers out of 5 because it should have explained the ending better. The author provided a copy of the book but I chose to review it.
As always, another fine fine masterpiece by Lucian Bane. Bane never disappoints and I am always excited to read his new releases. Her Blind Master is among the long list of must reads in Lucian's portfolio. It's full of suspense and excitement and very sexy. You will be engrossed in this book as soon as you start it and will not want to put it down until you are finished!!! Once again Bane.. you've blown it out of the water!!!!
This is such a unique and intriguing story, with a suspenseful build up that kept me hooked and wanting answers. A difficult blind Master and a virgin scientist determined to find the cause of his blindness couldn’t be more opposite, yet their chemistry is scorching hot. As the story unfolded, I had more questions than answers, leaving wanting more. The story does end on sort of a cliffhanger so I’m hoping a second book is in the works.
This story is too crazy and it’s only the beginning. It’s like a puzzle and as you read you try to piece together the plot and the characters. I was sucked in from the beginning and could not put this book down! It’s a whirl wind of emotion. It’s erotic and intense, I cannot wait to finishing this story. The ending will leave you on edge for what’s next!
Once again Lucian Bane and provided a very HOT HOT HOT story that has left me on the edge of my seat wanting more!!!! Cannot wait to see where this story goes damn cliffhanger lol. The steamy scenes and mystery all tied into 1 is fabulous!!!! Great read!!!! Highly recommend.
Didn’t realize it was apart of a series and left me with a cliffhanger. Definitely threw me for a loop as well with a storyline I didn’t see coming. Overall I wish this was full length novel and had kept going, I also thought it would have had more BDSM tunes. It was just okay for me.
What I'm finding I love most about Lucian Bane books is that he has that rare talent that draws you in to the story. You're living it right along with the characters. So much so that as I turned the last page of this very book, I said aloud, oh hell no!
Brilliant seductive story line. As always, Lucian does not disappoint with this one. This will keep you wondering how far Violet is willing to go to help Silas. Looking forward to part two.
This is my first book by this author. The story was great with just enough twist and turns and the writing was really good but it gave no indication of the cliffhanger at the end. Had I known that I would have waited to read this book.
Absolutely amazing, twisted, wild, head scratching ,amazing story . You will need the set oh yeah and since I brought it up you should probably get all the rest of Lucian Bane's books because they are all freaking amazing.
Wow. What a fantastic twisted story. Violet is a scientist who has been hired to help Sylas get his vision back. Waiting for part two so I can read what happens.
Omg, what a fantastic read, this author sure can write a story, that quite simply leaves the reader, immediately looking for this author's next book. Brilliant.
Violet embarks upon a journey to learn the nature of Master Sylas Ryder's condition. Master Ryder is out to see how far she will go. You are going to love the dynamic between Violet and Silas. I can't wait for the next installment. I need to know how it all ends.
In this new release by Mr Bane we are met with two very opposing main characters that circle each other like a wolf circles a lamb.
With underlying back stories that ripple to the surface building information for you from each twist, it makes for a story that is packed full to the rafters, leaving you sat there in a good kind of dizzy state.
Master Sylas is dark, broody and very mistrusting, which up against Violets best intentions and naivety, spotlights even more of Master Sylas malevolent nature.
Poor Violet never really stood a chance when she stepped out of the taxi and took those tentative steps up in to the Ryder mansion in those opening pages.
But she shows she has gumption to carry on where others failed and a tenacity to see things through to the end as any scientist would. But will she remain whole in doing so?
But when things take a turn and the challenges take a new direction, is it Master Sylas who will survive the wolf he's awoken in Violet? Will she be the ultimate medicine in healing his mental wounds? We will have to wait and see, tentatively checking back for the next book in this series.
