I just hope they valorize Lady Gaga more for LG8.

Billie’s wins in the GF are mostly all underserved. Only ones I’ll give her are AOTY, BNA, and SOTY for WWIMF. The rest are truly fucking infuriating and baffling. Just straight up trash compared to more deserving nominees.

Congratulations to 4 Time Grammy Album of the Year Winner Taylor Swift!!!

Honestly Gaga was strong but was never undeniable. Pop Vocal album and Pop Dance recording were perfect wins for the Mayhem era

Who is the next artist to join the 2x PVA club? And who will be the first to win it 3 times?

I think Bruno is obviously next to win a second. Tbh I’m not sure if it’ll be for The Romantic because Pop voters prefer to award juggernaut albums by breakout stars (which benefits Olivia D).

Lousy Gaga will definitely NOT be rewarded one day in General Field. Stop being delusional. 😁😆

Gaga won. I don’t get the need to seek validation from a random account from gold derby. The ppl who matter most, her peers, decided that Mayhem was the more worthy album. And ur allowed to think Chromatica is a more worthy album than future nostalgia if that’s ur honest thoughts. There’s no objectivity in music. I just don’t get the need to force consensus.

I think a lot of people here were hoping Gaga would win big on Sunday. Some were more loud than others.

The night didn’t go as they had hoped it would, so Sabrina became a convenient scapegoat.

Lol is it a scapegoat or is it just fun to rub it in people’s face after 300 posts saying
“Sabrina is sweeping Pop Solo and Pop Album. It’s already written. Sorry Gaga fans 💋💋💋”

My posts the past 2 days are nothing in comparison to MONTHS of the above. Plus i’ll stop posting this week until next Grammy season like I usually do.

I don’t care that she lost GF i’d be reacting the same to that Sabrina stan over how he couldn’t predict Sabrina 0/6 and I did as early as mid January.

Sadly, no rap artist will EVER again win Album of the Year no matter what they do. The Gods will not allow it.

Kudos to Kendrick for the deserved ROTY win, he’s the only one who ever had a chance to represent rap in the general field.

because he’s overrated and over rewarded by the Academy at this point. I love Kendrick, but they need to start looking beyond him when it comes to rap. This monopoly isn’t a good thing. He’s not the only good rapper out there. See how long it took Nas to finally win one. It shouldn’t always be about Kendrick

If you think Kendrick is overrated as a rapper then you know absolutely NOTHING about rap.

Kendrick Lamar is by far one of the greatest rappers of all time and absolutely the greatest of his generation. He’s proven it time and time again.

When it comes to R&B, the committee has officially moved on from ppl they consider legacy acts/older generation.

Past grammy darlings like Lala Hathaway and ledisi not winning anything these past two cycles, them choosing to award more current artists across the board instead of spreading the wealth says a lot.

How exactly is Ledisi a Grammy “darling” when she’s only ever won once?

Not sure why people feel the need to make fun of Sabrina? You can celebrate Gaga’s win without being a douchebag.

And she’s a relatively young artist, I’m sure she’ll win more with better albums.
