I saw an Emmy certificate for Estelle Getty for season one (1985-1986) of The Golden Girls and the pilot episode was her submission for Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. How could Estelle Getty have lost with this episode?

I also saw that “Bedtime Story” was Estelle Getty’s submission for season two (1986-1987) season of The Golden Girls.

She should have won for the last season too.

She should have also won for Season Six. My God, that grieving scene was a standout moment!

I thought that Estelle Getty stood a good chance at winning in 1991 with her submissions of “Ebbtide’s Revenge” & “There Goes the Bride” (Part One). Based on her submissions, she should have won for seasons one, three, and six.
