What to Bring, What to Wear

  • Identification

    Please bring along the valid, official document of identification with which you signed up for the flight. Depending on the location, access to the ramp can be denied if you fail to identify yourself correctly.

  • Fresh Clothes

    For a comfortable flight, casual clothes (e.g. jeans, a t-shirt) are a good choice. As you will likely sweat during your flight and may wish to fresh up afterward, we suggest bringing along a second t-shirt.

  • Photo Equipment

    You are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use only on the airfield, so don’t forget to bring the required equipment.

  • Military Boots

    Stable military boots are optimal for safety purposes, but hiking boots or sneakers will do. If you don’t currently own military/leather boots and would like to get some, please see below for our purchase recommendation.

  • Flight Suit and Gloves

    Flight suit and helmet will be provided by your pilot. If you prefer to wear a flight suit in your size and color of choice, please order the flight suit as per link below.
    Gloves are optional to wear and won’t be provided. If you wish to fly with gloves, please order the GI Type Nomex Flight Gloves below.
