Brenna Houck is a dining editorial manager for the Eater network overseeing the Cascadia and Midwest regions with a decade of experience reporting on food and hospitality. She’s former lead editor at Eater Detroit, where she resided for a decade, and a former reporter with Eater.com. Her work has appeared in DBusiness Magazine and the Oregon Quarterly.
