Poland's ruling party leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski repeated on Friday that Germany, Poland's neighbour, should pay Poland damages for the second world war.

ARMY

The Polish Army may buy two-three second-hand frigates from Australia, Rzeczpospolita daily said, as Poland's navy is in a bad condition and may lose its ability to deter enemy submarines within 2-3 years.
