- Russia's anti-monopoly watchdog, FAS, suspects Rosneft of creating an artificial shortage of AI-92 petrol, the daily says. The oil major could be fined up to 91 billion roubles ($1.41 billion) if it fails to stop violating competition laws, it says.

- Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said Russia needs to overhaul or even close its overseas network of trade missions to avoid legal and other problems, the daily says.
