- Saudi Arabia´s sovereign wealth fund Public Investment Fund (PIF) is planning to co-invest in building the Kutuzovsky toll road in Moscow, the daily reports, citing sources.

- Companies in Russia will be able to receive a 100 percent discount on profit tax if they modernise their manufacturing facilities, according to a draft bill submitted to the lower house of parliament, the daily reports.

- Russia's Alpha Group plans to create a digital bank. The bank will operate under a separate license and will not belong to Alfa Bank, the newspaper writes, citing sources.

- According to Renaissance Capital analysts, Rosneft's oil production will grow by a quarter in the next five years.
