GAS

Poland and Ukraine plan to act jointly to block projects that could result in Russia's Gazprom gaining greater access to the European gas market by bypassing Ukraine, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said on Friday.

ENERGA

Current investments in new power plants and wind farms will lead to doubling Energa's energy generation by 2025, the company's deputy chief, Przemyslaw Piesiewicz, told Parkiet daily on Saturday.

PEKAO

Polish state-run PZU and PFR are ready to sign an agreement aimed at buying 33 percent stake in the country's No.2 bank, Pekao SA, and are waiting for its owner, UniCredit's decision in this regard, the Puls Biznesu daily said without naming its source.
