- The VIY Greater Europe Hospitality Fund, run by a son of former Russian Railways head and President Vladimir Putin's loyalist Vladimir Yakunin, has become a majority owner of the ancient Antognolla estate in the Italian region of Umbria. Andrei Yakunin will lead a 150 million euro ($167 million) project aiming to renovate the estate and build a five-star hotel, a golf course, tennis courts, a spa and other facilities.
