-- If Bulgaria decides to build a new nuclear reactor, it must notify such an investment project to the European Commission as required by the Euratom Treaty, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said in a letter to Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borisov. Last month, Borisov said it was still possible to restart the project to build a nuclear power plant in the town of Belene, on the Danube river.
