- Russia's Finance Ministry plans to sell a 19.5 percent stake in Rosneft in 2016, the paper reports.

- The number of work permits given to migrant workers by the Russian Federal Migration Service dropped by 29.4 percent in January-November 2015 year on year, the daily reports.

- The daily runs an interview with the president of VTB 24 Mikhail Zadornov who says the bank forecasts world oil prices of $50 per barrel.
