The Los Angeles-based auction house Nate D. Sanders said the cream-patterned dress was worn by Jacqueline Kennedy in 1960 when she was pregnant with her son John F. Kennedy Jr. She later gave it to White House nanny Maud Shaw during a visit to London after the nanny retired.

He was released late on Monday night after posting bail.
English teen Tom Holland is Marvel's new 'Spider-Man'
Little-known English actor Tom Holland has been picked to play the web-slinging superhero in the next "Spider-Man" film, which is due for release in July 2017, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios said on Tuesday. Holland, 19, will play Spider-Man's teenage alter ego Peter Parker as a high-school age student in the upcoming, yet-to-be titled film.
Actor Dustin Diamond sentenced to jail in stabbing case
Dustin Diamond, who played the nerdy Screech in the early 1990s U.S. television sitcom "Saved by the Bell," was sentenced on Thursday to four months in jail for a Christmas night barroom stabbing in a Milwaukee suburb. Jurors convicted Diamond, 38, on May 29 of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct in the incident in which he was accused of stabbing a man with a switchblade knife. He was acquitted of a charge of felony recklessly endangering public safety.
Rapper Rick Ross arrested near Atlanta on assault charges: officials
Rapper Rick Ross and his bodyguard were arrested at his home near Atlanta on Wednesday on charges they kidnapped a man, beat him and threatened him with a handgun earlier this month at the rapper's mansion, authorities and media reports said. Ross, 39, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, and his bodyguard Nadrian Lateef James, 42, were being held at the Fayette County Jail in Georgia on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery, a spokesman for the sheriff's office said. Ross and James were denied bail.
Bobbi Kristina Brown in hospice, boyfriend accused of abuse
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of late singer Whitney Houston, was moved to hospice care on Wednesday after suffering irreversible brain damage five months ago, and her former boyfriend was hit with a lawsuit alleging physical abuse and theft from her bank account. Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta home on Jan. 31. The incident had eerie similarities to the 2012 death of her mother.
