What the papers say
Zlatan Ibrahimovic could have called time on his Manchester United career after turning down a £13million offer from the Red Devils to pay him while he is injured, reports the Sun. The 35-year-old Swede is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a serious knee injury and will be out of contract this summer.
Willian
Staying with United, and the Daily Star is reporting that Jose Mourinho is aiming to prise Willian away from his former club Chelsea. The paper claims Mourinho is confident of tempting the Brazil international to Old Trafford in a £35million swoop.
While Willian could be on his way into United, Wayne Rooney may be about to bid his farewells with the Independent saying the England forward will either return to his former club Everton or move to the Chinese Super League or Major League Soccer.
Massimiliano Allegri has ended speculation about his future by agreeing a new contract with Juventus, says the Sun. The Italian had been linked with Arsenal and Barcelona but has accepted a new deal which will tie him to the Serie A giants until at least 2020.Online/Social Round-up
