POOL DRAMA BOY, 3, 'UNRESPONSIVE'
A three-year-old boy is being treated in hospital for "life-threatening injuries" after being found "unresponsive" in a swimming pool.
The child, who had been reported missing to police in Wiltshire moments earlier, has been airlifted to hospital in Southampton.
Officers were called shortly after 7pm this evening to reports of a missing child in Upavon, between Salisbury and Swindon.
A police spokesman said: "Sadly, the child was found shortly after 7.20pm in a nearby swimming pool.
"He received emergency medical treatment at the scene but was unresponsive."
The spokesman said the child remains in a life-threatening condition.
