Officers who stopped and searched a 30-year-old man on a street in Pyrmont about 3.30pm on Tuesday allegedly found a large amount of cash and prohibited drugs on him. The man was taken to hospital over health concerns.

Following further investigations, officers searched the man's Pyrmont unit and allegedly found prescribed medication, prohibited drugs, about 50 driver's licences in different names, credit card details, storage devices, drug ledgers, an extendable baton and two electronic control devices.
