Car pic released after fatal NSW hit-run
Police are still searching for a driver who hit a young cyclist and left him to die on the NSW far north coast.
The 22-year-old's body was found by a passing motorist on Wilsons Creek Road, near Mullumbimby, in the early hours of June 23.
A push-bike was nearby.
Police on Tuesday released images of a "vehicle of interest" - a late 1990s model Mitsubishi Delica L400 - as they continue to investigate the fatal hit-and-run.
Chief Inspector Bobbie Cullen previously urged the driver to "please do the right thing" and come forward, so they could give answers to the young man's "distraught" family.
Anyone who saw a similar car in the area at the time is urged to contact Tweed Heads Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
