A man has been stabbed and another has facial injuries after a road-rage incident escalated into a bloody fight outside a Melbourne police station.
Police say a 54-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, both from Berwick, were driving along the Tullamarine Freeway at Essendon about 8pm on Tuesday when the initial altercation occurred.
The pair followed each other to the Glen Waverley police station where they began fighting, leaving the younger man with stab wounds in the forearm and leg while the older man suffered facial injuries.
Both men were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
