Vic camper missing for four days

A Victorian camper remains missing, four days after he left for a solo trip.

A police and air wing search has failed to find Bruce Ninnis, 55, who left his Oakleigh South home for a trip in the Woods Point area on Monday.

Mr Ninnis was meant to contact his family daily but they have not heard from him since Monday, which police say is out of character.

An image has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.

Described as 180cm tall with short fair hair, Mr Ninnis was last seen wearing a blue and white striped t-shirt and khaki shorts.

He is believed to be driving a silver 2007 Land Rover Discovery, registered ULR 164.
