Second charged over 2008 Queanbeyan murder
A second person has been charged with the murder of a man whose body was found at the bottom of a river near the NSW-ACT border a decade ago.
Danny Ralph, 46, was found in the Queanbyean River by police divers in March 2008, hours after he was allegedly assaulted.
Detectives have previously charged a 35-year-old man with murder.
On Wednesday, another 35-year-old man handed himself in to police and was also charged over the death.
He has been refused bail to appear at Queanbeyan Local Court on Thursday.
