Child assaulted at Qld shopping centre
Police want to speak to anyone who saw a man acting suspiciously at a Queensland shopping centre shortly before he allegedly assaulted a child.
The 30-year-old faced Hervey Bay Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with indecent treatment of a child, procuring a child to commit indecent treatment and deprivation of liberty over the incident on Sunday.
No details of the offence or the age of the child have been released but the man was remanded to reappear in the court on November 29.
