Aust faces Japan in wheelchair rugby final
Hosts Australia have maintained their perfect record to qualify for the 2018 Wheelchair Rugby World Championship gold medal match after outlasting Great Britain 59-57 at Olympic Park on Thursday.
The Steelers, the defending world champs and two-time reigning Paralympic gold medallists, will take on tournament surprise packets Japan, who stunned four-time champions the USA 51-46 in the earlier semi-final.
Friday's decider tips off at 4pm AEST in Sydney and the Steelers are looking to become the first nation to win a world championship on home soil.
