Vic man punched in face, blinded by thief

Police have released images of a man wanted over an armed robbery at a Melbourne club which left another man blind in his right eye.

The victim was in the bathroom at the venue at 6am on February 17 when he was approached by a man who demanded cash and threatened him with a metal spike.

The man stole the victim's sunglasses and followed him out of the bathroom, punching him in the face and leaving him instantly blind in his right eye.
