Edna Everage tweets in support of Madonna
Poor possum! Dame Edna Everage has thrown her support behind Madonna following the pop star's embarrassing fall at the Brit Awards in London.
"Believe it or not, even I've fallen off stage before. Let's hope it doesn't happen tonight @CTGLA," Everage tweeted on Thursday.
Madonna returned to the Brit Awards stage for the first time in 20 years for a performance of Living For Love, but her big moment was marred by the nasty fall.
The singer appeared to trip on her long black cloak as she walked onto the stage and she fell back down the steps onto the floor as her backup dancers looked on in shock.
Madonna quickly picked herself up and carried on with her performance.
