Rabbit hunter becomes the hunted in Victoria
A hunter has become the hunted after a group of people threatened to kill him and chased him with a spotlight in Victoria's Yarra Ranges.
Police say the man was legally hunting rabbits and foxes on a property in Chum Creek, near Healesville, about 10.15pm on Wednesday when a group of people in a vehicle stopped and threatened to kill him.
The victim then hid in the bushes while the group searched for him using a spotlight.
Victoria Police are calling for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
