Sully and Mike
Who is he?: Eight-feet-tall and one of the chief scarers at Monsters Inc. Outside of work he has a reputation as a generally nice, down-to-earth guy with a good sense of humour

Why the kids will love him: He's the chief scarer but underneath it all he's basically a caring, nice, friendly monster who likes shopping at the 'Grossery Store' for Wet Dog Deodorant. He turns out not to be as tough as he seems when he's persuaded by Boo that it's better to make children laugh than cry.
Why you'll love him: He'll make you laugh and you'll be amazed by his life-like animation, which allows you to make out almost every hair of his green and turquoise fur.
MIKE (Michael Wazowski)
Who is he? A small, green, one-eyed monster, Mike is Sully's Scare Assistant, best friend and room-mate. He is totally committed to his career in scaring, and is very proud of Sully's highly-esteemed scaring record.

Why the kids will love him: He is feisty, funny-looking, manic and makes a great comedy sidekick for Mike.
