Appearing ready for a sporty day out, Erin wore a pair of black Nike tights along with a pink sports top and two-toned grey singlet.
Erin, who shares one-year-old daughter Eliza with Sean, also went make-up free and kept her blonde tresses up in a business bun.
The Nine News anchor finished her outfit with a pair of white joggers.

She also chose not to wear her wedding ring, having previously revealed that she doesn't often wear the diamond jewelry because it might 'scratch' her daughter.
Meanwhile, Sean kept his look casual wearing a white V-neck T-shirt along with a pair of light green shorts.
He finished his outfit with Havana thongs.

The sighting comes after a difficult year for Erin, who fell down her staircase in October, and spent 10 days recovering in hospital.
Appearing on 2GB radio, the presenter said the accident had happened in the middle of the night as she was heading downstairs to fetch a bottle for Eliza.
The injury came at a particularly bad time for Erin, who was already facing a barrage of headlines due to her 'feud' with Andrew Johns.

Andrew, who is considered one of the greatest rugby league players of all time, apparently found Erin 'difficult to work with' and disliked her 'giggling'.
'He just doesn't like working with her,' a source previously told Daily Mail Australia.
The former Newcastle Knights star also refused to put his name to a statement supporting Erin, despite the fact she was being aggressively trolled on social media.
Earlier this year, the blonde star broke her hand.
