Big Brother star Tully Smyth claims Cody Simpson once 'tried to pick her up' at a restaurant in LA - as he flaunts his new romance with Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus may have snagged Australia's hottest musical export, Cody Simpson.
But Big Brother Australia star Tully Smyth claims she once had the chance to date him as well.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Tully shared two snaps of herself posing at Catch LA, a restaurant in West Hollywood often frequented by celebrities, alongside a rather boastful caption.

'One of my all-time favourite places to eat in LA; #catch. Last time I was here, Cody Simpson tried to pick me up. So, yeah. Ahead of the times I guess,' she wrote.

In the accompanying photos, Tully flaunted her svelte physique in a wrap-around crop top and high-waisted skinny jeans.
She allowed her blonde locks to fall freely by her shoulders and completed her ensemble with a pair of heeled sandals.

However, it seems Miley won't be letting go of Cody anytime soon if their loved-up social media displays are anything to go by.
On Friday, the couple packed on the PDA in several videos shared to Instagram, which showed them cuddling up at Miley's ranch in Nashville.
In a black-and-white video posted by Cody, the pair could be seen sitting on a couch as Miley, 26, picked something off her boyfriend's face.

In another post, the Wrecking Ball singer was shown leaning on Cody's shoulder while saying: 'He's my baby.'
The couple began dating in September, shortly after Miley had ended her fling with U.S. reality star Kaitlynn Carter.
She was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth, but they separated in August after just seven months of marriage.
Meanwhile, Cody recently won the first season of The Masked Singer Australia, in which he performed as the Robot.
