Meet the second Mr Lopez

Jennifer Lopez has married dancer Cris Judd in a sunset ceremony in the Californian hills.

The 31-year-old singer and actress married for the second time surrounded by a small group of family and close friends.

Secrecy was so important at the weekend wedding that guests were not informed of the location until the day.

Judd's parents Larry and Voileta, who met Miss Lopez for the first time in May, flew in from Florida.

Miss Lopez's parents Guadeloupe and David arrived from Miami at the last minute.

Her sisters Leslie and Lynda were bridesmaids while her manager Benny Medina was best man.

Flowers and cream drapes decorated the garden of the rented mansion in the Santa Monica mountains of Calabasas, 40 miles from Los Angeles. Miss Lopez spent £10,000 flying New York hairstylist Oribe in for the day.

Her wedding gown was designed by Donatella Versace. The newlyweds are expected to visit the designer while on honeymoon in Italy.

Miss Lopez was previously married to Cuban waiter Ojani Noa but they divorced after a year.

Her subsequent romance with rap star Puff Daddy ended last Christmas.

She has described 32-year-old Judd as the love she had been waiting for. 'He is very under-standing and he doesn't try to order me around,' she said.

While Miss Lopez, both a movie and singing star, is worth millions, her new husband, one of her backing dancers and a struggling choreographer, is not. He is said to have spent his life savings on her diamond engagement ring.
