Nigella Bites
Glamourpuss cook Nigella Lawson closes her series on effortless entertaining by offering tips on easy-to-prepare party treats for those who want to provide food as well as enjoying a soirée.
The tempting creations include what she describes as a 'velvety gunge' of anchovies, garlic, olive oil and butter for use as a dip; Halloumi cheese with chilli; spiced nuts; spatchcocked chickens for barbecuing; cup cakes, and what she calls pigs in blankets (sausages in cheese-scone dough) for children's parties.
