The tempting creations include what she describes as a 'velvety gunge' of anchovies, garlic, olive oil and butter for use as a dip; Halloumi cheese with chilli; spiced nuts; spatchcocked chickens for barbecuing; cup cakes, and what she calls pigs in blankets (sausages in cheese-scone dough) for children's parties.
