She revealed at her Gold Coast seminar two weeks ago that she was living off three pieces of sushi and a green juice a day.
But it appears Roxy Jacenko has now taken on a more balanced approach to eating, seen indulging in a McDonald's cheeseburger in an Instagram snap on Friday.
The 37-year-old PR queen enjoyed the popular fast food treat with her mother Doreen, while in Bowral, New South Wales' upmarket country enclave.

Roxy, in a Valentino T-shirt and gold-rimmed Ray Ban sunglasses, was seen holding onto a McDonald's cheeseburger, while seated behind the wheel of her car.
Beaming for the snap, the entrepreneur was joined by her mother Doreen, who also was pictured with the savoury meal option.
The PR maven revealed in a playful fashion that she prefers the more budget food options over five-star dining in the caption: 'Suffice to say crocodile meat and chickens hearts aren't really our speed. Farrrr too posh for our palettes [sic].'
Meanwhile just two weeks ago, the blonde beauty shocked fans at her Gold Coast seminar, by revealing that she was living on a meager three pieces of sushi and a green juice a day, leading her to drop down to a dangerous 49 kilograms.

Speaking at at her 'In Conversation With' event, Roxy told the audience: 'I did have a four pack, but I just couldn't think straight.'
'You have to eat to be able to think, you have to eat to be able to run a business, to make good decisions,' she explained.
'For 12 months I decided not to eat, I mean I ate but I ate like three pieces of sushi a day and a green juice.'
Roxy said it wasn't a smart move on her part, admitting that her business suffered because of it.

'I couldn't think straight because of it, but because my life was in such a shambles,' she explained.
'Yes I was present, yes I was doing my work but I wasn't looking after myself,' Roxy added.
Reflecting back on her experience, she said: 'If you don't look after your health you're no good to anybody and I was literally no good.
'I don't know how I functioned every day, I really don't, but I was obsessed with keeping things on track and normal and being there.'
