'I accept this award on behalf of my dogs': Bisexual actress Amber Heard punches the air victoriously at GQ awards after applauding Australia's yes vote on same sex-marriage... as she's named Woman of the Year

And having touched down again in Australia on Wednesday, Amber Heard made a triumphant entrance at the GQ Men of the Year awards in Sydney - and joked about her and her ex-husband's infamous quarantine case.
Amber, who had earlier revealed her joy at the results of the Australian same-sex marriage postal vote, on Instagram, punched her fist in the air with joy as she arrived at the VIP event.

Amber took out the GQ Woman of the Year gong, which she jokingly accepted 'on behalf of my dogs' before applauding Australia's historic postal survey results.
'I was on the plane [to Sydney] and the pilot came on the speaker… and said, by the way, we just got news that the vote came in… and the whole plane erupted in this chorus of applause,' she said,
'Every single person on the plane clapped.
'I remember ten years ago I went to hold my girlfriend's hand and I was told that was a death sentence in Hollywood. Ten years late the whole plane was clapping. It bought a tear to my eye - I feel very honoured and humbled.'

Amber turned more than a few heads on the red carpet in a skimpy dress that left very little to the imagination.
The Rum Diary star wore a semi-sheer black frock that clung perfectly to her svelte figure.
Exposing a generous amount of taut torso, and cleavage, Amber's outfit was given an extra element of sass thanks to the black bra she wore underneath and a black belt, cinched around her tiny waist showed off her enviable form even more.

Touching down in Sydney on Wednesday, Amber soon took to Instagram to gush about the affirmative result in the marriage equality survey.
She posted a photo that showed rainbow chalk art on a sidewalk with the word 'yassss'' written underneath, and captioned the image: 'what an amazing day to land back in Australia.'
She continued: 'Another victory for love and equality as majority of Australians vote YES for the right for anyone to be able to marry. Congratulations!'

Amber, who is bisexual, recently revealed to Allure the idea of equality for all should be a given.
'Equality shouldn't be up for debate,' she said. 'are you for equal treatment of persona? I'll let you think about it.'
Continuing, Amber said: 'history tends to favour those on the right side of it. Whether it's civil rights in 1962 or suffrage in 1914 or gay rights in 2007.'
GQ reported that Amber gushed about the survey result during her acceptance speech.
'I was on the plane [to Sydney on Wednesday morning] and the pilot came on the speaker and said, by the way, we just got news that the vote came in and the whole plane erupted in this chorus of applause.'
