It's likely that a third of the electorate simply won't exercise their franchise on Thursday.

He visits Worcester, London and Sunderland and hears the same message - that the public don't believe their vote would make a difference.
For instance, more people rang the Big Brother phone hotline than turned out for the last European elections.
