There is bad blood between The Block's Jason and Sarah and their rivals, Josh Barker and Elyse Knowles. 

And on The Block on Tuesday, tensions hit boiling point as Jason accused Josh and Elyse of stealing his plaster. 

Jason also accused Clint and Hannah of taking their supplies, but Josh wasn't having it, calling the 46-year-old plumber a 'b***h.'

'To be honest, I'm sick of Jason, he's a bitch and there's always an excuse as to why he's not doing something,' Josh said to camera, angrily. 

'So if he think I'm stealing his sheets, tell him to come up and have a look at my delivery docket,' tradesman Josh, 28, added. 

Clint and Hannah also hit back, with Hannah saying to camera that she and her husband are 'not thieves.'

Clint added that Jason should be more on top of his deliveries.  

'When a delivery is out there, Jase, you've got to go and get it,' he said, shaking his head. 

Jason then had to get his stock redelivered, no doubt an expensive and time-wasting exercise.  

Jason said it was 'sabotage' in their eyes.

Jason and Sarah had fallen behind during Tuesday's show, and Jason had to tour Josh and Elyse's house to see where he should be up to.

Jason and Sarah and Elyse and Josh are now rivals, after Jason dobbed in Elyse and Josh for their non-compliant kitchen on Monday. 

The young couple lost points and were stripped of their winner's title and told to replace their gas stove. 

Jason said their stove was too close to their caesarstone splashback. 

As a result, Jason and Sarah - who placed second in kitchen week - were told they tied with Josh and Elyse for first place and pocketed $10,000.

Also during the episode, the teams were given a challenge, to create a meal for guest judges, radio stars Kate Langbroek and Dave Hughes.

The winning team would pocket $5,000 and win a bonus point, and have their dish sold through You Foodz - with their faces on the packet. 

Meanwhile, Sticks and Wombat desperately try to soften up their pad after the negative reviews from the buyer's advocate on Monday, and restyled their home.
