And, after a night of revelry at the star-studded ceremony - which was held at London’s Tate Modern on Tuesday evening - the divisive TV personality, 56, seemed to be in the mood to continue partying as he exited with his 46-year-old girlfriend.
Clutching a bottle of champagne, the star had a glint in his eye as he wrapped a protective arm around his leggy belle before making a beeline for a waiting car.

Earlier in the night, the couple made their official red carpet debut, with Clarkson's glamorous girlfriend stealing the show, thanks to her flattering, eye-catching lemon yellow minidress.
A thigh-skimming hemline showed off the attractive blonde’s toned legs, while its fitted design drew further attention to her slender physique as she posed for photos alongside her boyfriend.
Joining Lisa, Jeremy looked appropriately smart in a black-two piece suit and crisp white shirt, teamed with smart suede dress shoes.

Their appearance comes after Jeremy dismayed neighbours in the Cotswold countryside over plans to film The Grand Tour close to his home.
Locals fear the narrow country lanes surrounding the proposed site for the Amazon Prime show will be turned into a racetrack by hundreds of car fans.
Filming for the studio segment will take place over just two days - between October and December - with 350 guests invited to the event.
The production team will add a further 30 cars and vans to the narrow country lanes, near Clarkson's farmhouse outside Chipping Norton which he blew up last year.
